    I agree with the majority of other reviewers. I have ordered several firearms and other accessories from them which never arrived. After months I fought to get a refund. The staff are very rude and will never call you back. They do have some very good monthly specials and if they have it in stock I may still buy these from them but for everyday items or special orders I will never use them again.

    After returning a gun that wouldn't function it took 5 months to come, they blamed everybody under the sun except of course themselves.
    Then when I asked what was actually fixed after 5months they couldn't tell they just said it was "fixed"
    I wouldn't buy a thing from this company ever again.

    I understand not every item is always on the shelf..but if I order and pay (upfront) maybe it would be nice to inform me if the item I have asked for will take MONTHS to arrive, not led to believe its on its way (as I don't live near by)...and when I ring and inquire, an actual delivery date would be appreciated. So trying to keep the peace I asked for them to send the rest of the multiple items I ordered and just send the rifle when it arrives (reasonable and VERY fair I thought..) but no....apparently that would be inconvenient for them AND cost me even more postage if they could be bothered helping reach some middle ground!
    I can confidently say the other permits to acquire we have lodged will be filled elsewhere unless some miracle happens..

    I went to Cleavers as I was told no one else would come close on $$$.
    And while their pricing is great it doesn't compensate for the poor service. After 5 attempts over 7 weeks to fill my order which I was told would be 7 days I returned the items in question only to be refunded $1074 on $1279 of items. $205 being for a restocking fee(they didn't charge the full 20%), I thought restocking fees were for people who returned items because they felt like it not because the item/items were being returned. At least now I know how they can offer such cheap prices, Sell a rifle and scope combo for around $3000 stuff it up enough times and collect a $600 restocking fee upon its return and sell it again next week.

    Ok, went there the other day to spend a bet over 2K on a firearm, the staff member that served me was abrupt, rude, pushy and just plain ignorant, to the point where I left angry for taking the time out of my day to drive about 60km round trip to be treated like dirt.
    They may be cheap but rough as guts, the owner needes to get his staff traind in customer service and sack the ones that dont come good, there are too many gun shops fighting for my dollars and I wont be back!

    Bad service. Was told all goods were in stock when ordered. After several phone calls and 2months I was told they would send out what they had but would double the postage fee!!! After another week no phone call but an excuse, refund and half my goods. Stay clear, buy from a store

    Had so many problems. Were told we weren't going to be charged holding fees then were refunded our money minus $140 worth of holding fees! Then were told we had the terms and conditions receipt and that means we accepted it but we were not made aware of it.I will be reporting to fair trading. I hope that no-one else has problems.

    Good prices, good advice, service can be a bit abrupt at times but I think they get a bit snowed under with paperwork sometimes.
