Absolutely terrible Customer Service! My husband is still waiting for his MSIC card to arrive - 6 months after paying for it! A little misleading when they advertise a return in 2-4 weeks... Numerous phonecalls to no avail, no one will admit an err, the buck keeps getting passed! Not happy at all :(
