    This Cafe could possibly be the slowest I have ever been to. The service is shocking. How long does it take to make 2 coffees do you think? 5 mins, 10 - nope 25 minutes. Its not like the Cafe was full either. There were 3 kitchen staff, 3 wait staff and 1 on coffee. The cafe was probably at 40% capacity - so hardly so busy that service should have suffered.

    In the time i was there, I saw 3 tables of people get up an walk away - Not because the food there is not good, the food, once you get to eat it is actually very good - but the service just soooo slow. No one was apologising for the slow service either. This does not constitute good customer service or even try to persuade you that its not really that bad.

    If you you have plenty of time and are not really hungry then by all means eat there becuase by the time your food actually arrives you will be hungry - BUT if you are in a hurry or just want something quick and easy or only have half an hour for a coffee and food - go somewhere else - the srervice is just too slow.
