Small, friendly fitness centre where people of all ages and fitness levels are more than welcome to come and exercise in comfort and safety.  This Centre prides itself on one-to-one service without the high prices.  Fully equipped with quality Life cardio equipment, free weights and pin-loaded strength machines.  Programmes and all updates are free (except on our low 3-year special deal).  Our staff will taylor a fitness and/or nutrition plan for your personal needs, show you the correct techniqes and be there to help you whenever you need assistance.  If you want undevided attention, we can personally train you as well.  Want build confidence and get ultra fit?  Try our one-to-one or small group Boxing with Vulcan.  Not like a boxing for fitness class, but more about correct technique and concentrating on one-to-one individual training.  We also have a Professional Wrestling School and fitness shop that stocks a comprehensive range of Nutrition supplements, fitness accessories and equipment, on our premises.
