I and my whole extended family have been going to Clues Hair Studio since it opened nearly 30 years ago, so a whole generation has experienced the amazing service and style of Clues Hair and never had one bad experience. Many of my friend and colleagues also go to Clues and are very happy. Highly recommended.

I got the bioionic straightening treatment at Clues and they absolutrly fried my hair!! All my hair snapped off and I had to get my hair cut short and I had really long hair! Very disapointed! was aweful to deal with as well, very rude and did not take any responsibility for it, they actually blamed me and said it was my fault. I would not recommened at all! There are far better hair salons to go to in Perth.

  Aimee came in for a Bioionic trt with us her hair was coloured so we did the trt as we are advised that we can from Bio we have been doing this trt for at least 8 years and never had 1 complaint never, until she came in from Darwin i offerd to look at her hair when she came back to Perth and she did not come in, she said i did not ask her! she washed her hair before she was meant to, this is the reason this happened then she went and had some trt in Darwin that i had no idea what they did, i offerd to help she did not come in what could i do, i offerd half her money back she said yes then reported me to the Hair Rego Board we worked out that she was not worth the hassle so i gave her her money back she signed a legal document saying that would be the end of it so what does she do writes a bad review so this is why i had to write this we did try

  You seem to have complaints about everybody you have signed a letter of confidentiality this was meant to be laid to rest if you do not remove this my lawyers will be contacting you with the letter you signed.

I was very pleased with the style cut and blow dry I had at this salon. Friendly without being overbearing, the staff really listened to me and cut my hair the way I wanted it to be done. I would definitely go back.
