    We went here on a Sunday for my sons 3rd birthday. Friends had mentioned they do a great kids party, so we put our trust in our friends & booked in, sight unseen. Before I get to the nitty gritty, some inside news, they're only meant to do kids parties on a saturday, luckily we booked way in advance, dates got mixed up with days & hey presto, sunday it was. Since having a kid we find ourselves more & more at these places, they usually have pokies, a bar, a "bistro" & the all important "play centre". I must admit, years ago we would never have stepped foot in a place like this but kids have a funny way of changing you. Anyway, the review...overall the party was great. Faces were painted, the kids party deal was great, with a host, games, food, drinks & presents all for $12.50 per child. The play area was small. pro for the wife (our kids gotten stuck too many times) but con for me. I like him to live up to his middle name - Danger! The place is ho hum but the staff are all great. Thats whats usually lacking at "these" places but here. Everyone was happy, helpful & pleasant to deal with. Whatever management are feeding the staff, keep it up. Food is what you'd expect, OK without being great. the menu was typical, decently priced, with an OK number of choices. warning - i ordered a medium rare steak & it came medium, mediums came well done, just be aware of this when ordering! no masterchef's here! Come if you have kids, dont if you dont. Thats how i'd sum up coach & horses!

    I enjoy going there every 2nd Wednesday afternoon with Roscoe because the Chicken Tenders and Chips are cooked to perfection and the staff are wonderful also the drinks are done to perfection as well but unfortunately I don't have any luck on the Pokies there.

    The hotel has good play area for kids. They have good meals for the kids and their meals were served quickly. Our meals, Chicken Parma and Cajun Calamari were not the best. However the staff were lovely made us feel welcome. It's a pity the food doesn't meet their standard of service.
