    I am writing this review with immense sadness and disappointment
    Firstly I would like to start with my extremely disappointing service; well it would have been if I was given any at all.
    I have 11 properties around the state and I reside in Subiaco; Perth. It was my logic that I try find a new agent for my properties in my locale. I was recommended this agent through an owner I know who has had EXCELLENT service from a property manager there.
    Upon calling to organise a meeting I was met with a very arrogant and maybe confused gentleman.
    After a short introduction to my position and my need for new management as I have just moved local they informed me that they already had 200+ properties and the need for them to take on that many properties was Not going to happen and that I would have to maybe consider only getting my top 5 properties managed by them as the others were not worth their time. Mind you who was I kidding the others are only worth an average of $450,000 each. Childs play apparently.
    I was shocked to say the least.
