    Coelho & Coelho Solicitors are a professional and experienced team, and we highly recommend them if you are looking for lawyers in the Ryde or Northwest Hills District. They are experienced in property, immigration, family law and commercial law matters.

    When we bought our first apartment, we used Coelho & Coelho Solicitors in Epping to handle the property conveyancing. It was late in the year, and by the time we had shortlisted our choices, studied the contracts and ordered the various property reports and made an offer to the vendor, it looked like with the usual 6 week settlement over the holiday period, together with the office closures of the various parties, that we would not be able to move in until mid January.

    But Coelho and Coelho expertly guided us through the contract negotiation with speed and efficiency, and they always kept us updated with the progress, and always replied promptly to our emails and phone calls. It was a smooth settlement process and felt surprisingly easy. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, we got the keys early by mid December and were able to celebrate Christmas in our new apartment. We were really happy and impressed with this fantastic outcome :-)

We particularly appreciated the time that Jennie Coelho spent with us to talk us through the legal steps involved in the processes of selling and purchasing a home. Both Jennie and James Coelho were very approachable (in person, by telephone and by e-mail) and were always happy to answer our many questions and explain various options to us. Having this ready access to their professional expertise took much of the stress out of the buying and selling processes, and we were very grateful for their detailed advice, as well as their patience and professional approach.     Coelho & Coelho have continued to provide us excellent and highly professional services from their Sydney offices in Epping, NSW, Australia. Without reservation we recommend James Coelho and team for every legal need. In particular we have highly valued their work in immigration services and have found James to be an excellent migration agent, well able to facilitate visa application and visa processing through their professional Epping based legal and immigration services. We also have high regard for Coelho & Coelho's work with relevant aspects of commercial contract law and business commercial law, and once again highly recommend their legal services regarding 457 visa applications, based conveniently as they are in their Rawson Street, Epping NSW, business offices just off from the Epping train station, in Century Plaza next to the excellent Epping coffee shops and Epping restaurants.
