    Needed a haircut on a busy Saturday morning. Despite having 5 hair dressers staffed, it still took 30 minutes to get in the chair - I guess having an appointment may have been easier?

    Unfortunately, I had a poor experience - what a disaster! I didn't think it was that hard to do a simple trim: shorten sides, back and top - but it obviously was. Result was a messy, uneven and unprofessional hair cut.

    Mileage will certainly vary. Although this was my first visit to Col Nayler Chermside, it will also be my last.
