    Better facilities and parking than others in the area but the "sales-orientated" staff can be abit much sometimes.
    I go in there, knowing what I need to buy and constantly get suggested more items at the counter. This is fine, I understand about suggestive selling but once or twice some of the male staff have gotten abit pushy and actually tried to badger me into buying something else. They will continuously point out how much money I save if I say ""purchase 2 drinks instead of 1" even after I have politely said no and this to me is not good customer service.
    Your customer should feel welcomed here, not like they need to keep spending and should definately not feel like they are going to cop a badgering from your staff.

    That said, staff can be pretty slow here sometimes and often 1 person will be struggling to get through a huge line on their own whilst the second team member pretends to be busy stocking ciggarettes or something.
