This particular coles doesn't always seem to be well stocked (often they are completely out of some items) but the service and bargains are the reason I will keep coming back.
Definately the cheapest coles store in the area (as seen on Today Tonight) and the service is friendly and quite personal. Being a regular local customer I have gotten to know alot of staff members and will often be greeted warmly and sincerely when I am served.
They have also now employed a staff member to stand at the entrance, hand out baskets and greet customers, another great personal touch.
If you want to shop somewhere that feels like a small town grocery store then this is the place.
