Waldo is absolutely beside himself about this place. Now i don't usually eview supermarkets, HOWEVER, this one is abominable. If you ever wanted a clear view of how Coles wants to make money go and try to by some goods and a bit of service in under 25mins. I said TRY!!!!
Next to No staff man the checkouts, most times of the day. Average waiting or queue equal one word; LONG!! I say the manager is on a bonus as to how much mo0ney he can save by having NO STAFF!!!
Allow me to comment on the staff just a little, i do recall seeing a number of staff on one ocassion, berating a young man for not wanting to line up twice, i only caught the end but for some odd reason he had to pay for his goods twice??? Staff were yelling and one female member in particular was very loud indeed.
Coles, staff the place, get some fresh fruit and Veges and train staff to be there for the customer not just the measly wage they earn.
Best part of my visit was a coffee at Michels Patisserie across the way. Now GREAT service and Good coffee.
