    Simply I will never go back there again!

    I had a booking. When I showed up at the exact time: you are too early!! I said this was my booking but I could come back later. Then someone else came and said it was alright!!! The poster outside the shop said $54 for shampoo+cut+blow dry, when I went in I said I just want a gradual layered look in front(showed a photo) with a nice blow dry and a few curls. They said $74. Well I thought I would give it a try as it was my birthday. The cut was not even close to what I asked. It was a trim actually not a cut. When it came to the blow dry the management again came and said I heard you were asking for curls, if that's what you want it makes it $60 more!!! I said but you had to tell me this when I first asked not now. Again she said DO YOU WANT THE CURLS? I got really upset at this point and said just finish it please. Then the management came back and said because the staff forgot to tell you that you can get the curls for $15. I didn't answer. Then again they came and told the staff: do just a few curls!! Paid $74, thanked and promised myself not to go back there again. By the time I arrived home there were no curls on my hair.
