    I have been going here for about a year and I am very satisfied with the service. Rosie is an amazing colourist who always listens and aims to please. Many times she has been very generous with her time and done extra procedures to ensure my hair colour is perfect and that my hairs' health isn't compromised. The service has always been professional and friendly. I like that the atmosphere is quite casual and that the staff aren't trying to sell products or upgrade services.There are plenty of hairdressers closer to where I live but the excellent service warrants the extra travel time. I am very happy to keep returning.

    went here on a whim and was so happy with the service.
    my colourist really listened, gave some great advice and was so dedicated to giving me what i wanted. I rebooked on the spot and am looking forward to going back.
    plus the best pricing i've found in the city.

    In response to amandaj71: We are a colour-only salon specialising in affordable, beautiful hair colour and do not offer haircuts in order to concentrate on doing one thing well. In seems that in your case we have failed and for that we are truly sorry.     Worst experience EVER. Ran 20 min late for my appointment,didn't listen to what i wanted,left my colour on for 60min, when normally it only takes 45min.They charged me more than I was quoted.there not proper hairdressers , they cant even cut your hair.

    I have been going to this salon since shortly after it opened as I live locally and the prices are extrmemely competitive. It has a lovely ambience and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I usually have a half head of foils but have also had permanent hair colour and occasionally an intensive treatment. I have always been very happy with the result and love the self-style bar where you can dry and style your own hair when in a hurry. A great local find.

    This place quoted me $30-$40 cheaper than the other salons in the area. I now know why. I had a half head of foils and they put about 10 foils in my hair and i payed $80. I walked out with re-growth and breakage. I had to go to another salon afterwards, to get it fixed. Also with the toner they put on my hair made my blonde turn blue in some parts. Never would go back. I was so unhappy with this salon.
