Once you have dropped your car off at our parking premises in Allied drive Tullamarine, you simply hop into the free shuttle bus and take the 5 minute ride to the airport terminal. Upon returning from your trip you simply call the office and one of our free shuttle buses will be there to pick you up and return you to your vehicle.     Would never recommend this business. The parking is OK but pick-up, when one arrives home, is terribly slow. Their vouchers, that are available on many sites (Deal, Cudo, etc.) are horrible. One pays for 10 days and if (as in my case) was away for 23 days, the voucher was applied to the last 13 days (when parking is the cheapest). This despite the voucher stating that the value was a specific value (not upto). On the phone, they would not budge from their position. Cancelled and parked elsewhere for only $20 more for the full 23 days. Do not attempt to use a voucher unless it is for the exact number of days.

    Worst experience I've had. No one was at the parking place when we arrived had to wait 15 minutes until anyone showed up to unlock the office to take payments by that time there were too many people for the shuttle. On arriving back in Melbourne was told 15 minutes have been waiting over an hour after calling twice to be told they'd be here shortly. Not worth the $$ savings

    NEVER, NEVER go near these people! The worst experience and most frustrating people to deal with - rude, unprofessional, very unreliable ... We waited one hour to be picked up. The mobile number we called did not answer - it went to a message bank that wasn't receiving any messages! After about 10 calls to this number, I called the emergency number which did not answer!. After about a dozen attempts I got on to the emergency contact who rudely told me that they were JUST the emergency contact and therefore couldn't do any more than I could, so I would just have to keep calling the number until it answered. When the bus finally arrived, (it was an unmarked vehicle so no way of identifying that it belonged to Commercial) there was more people than spaces. One of the passengers had to climb over to the front. The luggage was heaped on each other - very unsafe. On arriving at the car park, we searched for our keys by torch light - there was no electricity in the shed/office. In future, I would rather pay the little extra to do business with a another business and feel confident that when I get off a plane at night, I wouldn't need to wait out in the open for an hour. For the record the entire bus load of passengers were very angry. People talked of missing their flights, waiting longer than we did and reiterated the rudeness that we'd experienced. You've been warned - Commercial is shocking to depend on.

    DO NOT USE! Do not waste you money on a voucher with this company, spend the extra $15 and go with a user friendly company who is not rude, who answers your phone calls, who has a proper office set up and who does not leave you waiting at the airport for an hour! NEVER AGAIN going for the cheap option, it's not worth it!

    Would highly recommend this company. I have been using them for nearly three years (on a fortnighhtly basis) and have always found the Team friendly, provide great service and always get me picked up/dropped off on time.

    Excellent company and would deal with again without hesitation. Third time of use since emigrating here 8 months ago and very helpful. The time from drop off to arrival at the terminal is comparative with long stay parking, and the return journey seemed quicker - but with a much better rate. Their Staff actually had a smile on their face and were keen to ask how my trip had been. First Rate service +++++

    Hi, I have used them twice and I found their service brilliant. There was a bus waiting for me staright away to take yy wife on I to the airport and also the shuttle bus was waiting there when we arrived to take us back to pick up our car.
    I not sure what these negative reviews are about. I really dont.

    My mum has used them before and she found them great too.
    Their staff are friendly too and plenty of cars to fit in.

    Used this company for a 7 day booking, Quite friendly when I dropped the car off and paid.
    Rude and foul language when I picked it up and had difficulty getting my car out due to the way they had parked it close to others.
    never again, they might be a bit cheaper but really it's not worth the effort when you deal with such rudeness.
