Best service from a bank in this branch! The staff are always friendly and talkative no matter how busy they are. They also have a concierge who greets you as soon as you walk in the door who is very bubbly, friendly and helpful - they always look after you and value you as a customer.
They care about their customers wait time when they are in the line and sincerely apologise if it has taken an unusually long time to be served.
They have all the facilities you need to get your daily banking done - even a self service coin counting machine!
A lot of other banks can definitely learn a thing or two from these staff!
