When I opened my account here, the cashier forgot to order me a card. However she did say that she was opening a new account for the first time, and when I called customer service they were very helpful and friendly. I hardly ever have to wait in a queue there. You get a lot of free transactions (including free transactions at other bank ATMs if you choose). Good for some accounts, but not so good for others.
