I've had an account with them for 15 years now, the thing that keeps me with them even though I don't live in Adelaide is their customer service, on visits back to Adelaide nothing is too hard & they sponsor the Christmas pageant which rocks! They're also expanding regularly so for eg you can use your card at NAB ATMs now, and so have wider access to your $$
