    Came when they said they would, were friendly enough, gave good advice and were reasonably priced. However, after ordering our 3 units and delivery to our house they realised that they did not check our powerboard. Ours was 30 years old and it did not support one of the units as it was a big lounge room one. We had no other option than to get it replaced for an extra $1200 by them. Would have been nice to know that extra cost prior. No other company picked up that problem either so just be careful. Other than that we were happy enough with the service.
