    Riaz is a very professional and effective chiropractor. I am a busy lawyer with little time and Riaz was able to assess my problem and get me back on my feet within two visits. He also mapped out for me a combination of treatment and specific exercises to correct the problem with my hips that got me into pain in the first place.
    If you have a back problem check these guys out. Great chiropractors, great clinic, not to expensive and very effective.

    Debra and Complete City Health are an extremely professional and caring outfit. I have seen various healthcare practitioners over the years and these guys are by far the most effective and efficient lot I have every seen.
    Debra found the cause of my back issues, corrected it and since I have been pain free and able to get back into my exercise which I love.
    If you need to see someone for a back or neck problem, go see Debra or Riaz and they will definitely sort you out like they did me. Lisa

    I went to see Debra after being referred from a work collegue for a lower back condition that has been around for over 12 years. I have tried all manner of people from specialists (who only recommend surgery) to phyios to osteos and none have helped.
    Not only was Debra's assessment of me more comprehensive then any I had had before but the technique they use was also unique. MFD-T was my saviour!!! Debra and Riaz have pioneered this technique and it is just fantastic. Not only did it fix my lower back (I can garden again and exercises!!!) but it stopped the pain I was getting in my foot that was actually due to the disc in my lower back.
    My specialist was amazed when I went back to him. He couldn't believe that I could walk, and bend down and move without any pain. Hopefully he will send more of his clients to Debra and Riaz from now on.
    I strongly recommend Debra, Riaz and Complete City Health to anyone suffering from any kind of back or neck condition. They helped me!!

    These guys are great!! I initially saw Riaz with severe pain in my back and had been seeing a physio for over 8 visits with no help. When I went to see Riaz, he first took an xray and was able to identify that I had scoliosis (why didn't the physio take an xray???) and was able to help me. I was out of pain in 2 visits and after my program of treatment, my scoliosis had reduced from 38degrees down to 22 degrees. I was over the moon!!! I have learnt alot about my spine and health from these guys and they are really sincere in the efforts to help people.

    I recommend Riaz and the Complete City Health team to anyone. Go and see them first and don't waste your time seeing other people like I did!!
