    I had wardrobes installed from this company and firstly they installed the wrong wardrobes. They installed wardrobes that were $1,500 cheaper then the ones we orderded and paid a deposit for. After a long dispute they eventually pulled out the original quote, admitted they were wrong and came back 5 weeks later to install the correct wardrobes. Due to the appalling service we agreed a $300 discount which they then refused to honour when the job was finalised. Firstly they said they did not agree to any discount, then they back tracked and said they agreed to a $200 discount and then finally agreed to a $300 discount. We thought it was finalised and no balance was owing until we received a bill for the outstanding amount 4 weeks later. I could go on, but the point is they did do a good installation job, the staff who installed were great in fact, but the service was beyond terrible and considering there are several other companies in Sydney who do similar work for simliar prices I would not advise them worth using.

    I had a shower screen installed on top of our bath tub. The price we paid was slightly more than the quote provided by platinum bathroom renovations. The reason we went with Complete Wardrobes and Shower Screens was their prompt quote and Bill who gave us the quote was more personable than the guy from the other business. I'm mixed about the results. The first installation had a few issues where the wall bracket and the splash flap was missing. If my husband didn't visit their showroom, he wouldn't have known about the missing pieces as the guy installing the shower screen didn't mention it. I followed up with their warehouse manager Malcolm the next day who was apologetic and said they will address the problems. I'm not sure if it was my impatience but it was me who was doing the calling and follow ups to fix the problems. It was all resolved in the end but there is plenty of scope for improvement i.e. the installation could have been right from the start, they could have called me back with updates instead of me doing the chasing, and the silicon could have been applied more cleanly. I only realised the silicon problem several days afterwards. The bathroom was newly renovated so there is no reason for dirt/hair/marks to be trapped in the silicon application, couldn't they wipe the surface clean before applying it? Sure they did the job but I was left feeling like I didn't get what I paid for. Wanted to give 2.5 stars, but made it 3 since Malcolm was nice to me each time we spoke.

    Excellent value wardrobes, nothing flash but they do the job and look very slick. Knowledgeable staff offer quick quotes and tradesmen do a quick and clean job. Very quick turn around which is what you're after if you're itching to move into a new place.

    If you are after a budget / affordable built in wardrobe solution - then definitely give these guys a call. We had a guy come out, give a full measure and suggestions as to what materials would work best in our room. The installation was perfect and the end result was better than expected. As a bonus - when we needed a shower screen a few weeks later - they were more than accommodating and gave us a great rate.
