I found them to be extremely rude and it felt like you were their personal little joke for the day. When I was being shown the computer's web camera device, I could hear snickers from the other room and I swear they were watching me through another computer in the next room. I had to contact them to find out if I was eligible for their overpriced contract- luckily I wasn't.
