I purchased a laptop form these guys i told me it came with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, a DVD writer, wireless connectivity and bluetooth capabilities. When i got to work i noticed that it didnt have Microsoft Office or Bluetooth when I then contacted CPL West Melbourne they told me to come in to the store to have the problem rectified. I was asked to speak to the person who sold me the laptop who said it i was sold the wrong model and that only the model above mine had bluetooth
After waiting over 1hour and 40mins I was then approched by another staff member who stated that none of the models have bluetooth capabilities and was told to purchase a USB bluetooth adaptor and Microsoft office. Obviously there is a lack of training and product knowledge amongst the staff which therefore lead to the wrong product being sold.
They do not do anything to rectify there mistake all i got was i dont know....
Do not go to any of there stores its not worth the hassle especially when you ask for something and they give you something else and wont even exchange it. -

I found them in the Green Guide one day. They had the cheapest price for the camera I wanted. I actually ended up purchasing from them twice. Two different cameras, 3 years apart since they had the cheapest price. But everytime I go in there, they never have stock at this store. They always had to get the product sent down from the Dandenong store (I think). But their service was fast. Within a day or so, the cameras were in my hands. :)
