    We've carpeted/vinyled our home twice in 19 years using Concept. They have had some staff changes over the years but the same culture of good service both in sales and installation has remained. They have a big range of coverings and if you can't afford the best they have, opt for a more expensive unerlay. That's what we did and the "cheaper" carpet feels like a milion dollars still even after 7 years (our second lot from Concept). I also got them back to add some extra carpet to a section that was previously vinyl and not only were they able to match the older carpet perfectly they were able to invisibly sew the old and new sections together so you can't see the join!
