Unimpressed with their service. vehicle was sent there through the recommendation of insurance company. Time quoted for repairs was 1.5-2 weeks with a call confirmation when the car would be delivered to insurance. At the 2 week mark, no call had been made and when I called to chase up, they said they had crashed the car into something (into a log if i remember correctly) en route to the insurance company. Car was finally delivered after 3.5 weeks.

After the delay, I was expecting the car to be restored to its previous condition due to the confidence in the management that the vehicle would be 'good as new' due to the new/refurbished parts being used. The pinstripe on the car was slightly different, foglight housing was different to original and with a very weak bulb requiring immediate replacement. However this was made difficult as the housing was somewhat different. Front right headlight was also replaced with a very weak bulb, despite that part of the car being unscathed from the accident. Tube running to the brakes was rubbing against other parts of the car and I had to pay for to obtain a pink slip. Front left indicator is loose and far from 'as new', as is the front left parking light.

On the upside, the paint was quite similar to original.

Overall, very poor workmanship exhibited and the repairers are unreliable. I would not recommend them for anyone that actually cares about their vehicle, and even less so for someone that prides themself on their vehicle. The decent paintwork is the only reason I'm not giving a half star.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Concord Smash Repairs. It was recommended to me by our regular mechanic. Keith and his team did a great job. I tore the bumper of my car quite badly and also dented the side. I needed it fixed but was also restrained by budget. I was quoted a certain amount and promised the car would be fixed within a week. On pulling off the bumper, they noticed the headlight was also slightly cracked, this was fixed without the quote being increased. The car was fixed in a professional and timely fashion. I was very happy with the result.

VERY DISSAPOINTED with quality of work and service. I brought in a airbrushed bonnet to be repainted, they quoted $200 and said it would be a week. I went in a week later to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it. so i took that bonnet home and brought in another one i had and asked them to paint it instead. they jacked up the price to $300 cause they said there were a few small dents in it. I waited another week, went to pick it up, and they'd painted it but obviously hadn't prepped it properly as you could see lines in the paint where they had only partially sanded back the old paint. i asked them to redo it. Another week went by, i went to pick it up. The paint job looked alright, no lines in it, but i could tell the colour match wasn't right. and they hadn't got rid of all the dents. by this point i was sick of them so i just paid and took the bonnet. i put it back on my car. after about two weeks the paint started to "sink" and you could see the lines again where they hadn't taken off the old paint completely. Now i have to go somewhere else and get it redone, cause they did such a poor job.

I would just like to say this guy is a bit of a nutterhe came into our work shop with an air brushed bonnet and wanted it painted .We taalked him out of doing this asit was already done really good and worth quite a bit of money left as it was or if he chose to sell it would probably get good money for it . so we suggested he should try to get another bonnet so he did. when he seen it we told him there was a lot more work involved than the first bonnet. it looked like was hale damaged. then he stated he did not want to spend to much money on it . We explained to him that to do it right it needed to be paint stripped to be any good. We told him we would try to have it done in a week he told us he was not in a hurry we also explained we have more deserving customers who need thair cars back on the road and they areour priority. For the price we were getting paid for this only $300 i dont think we can be accountable for what is between paint and sink back into the old paint work.
