    My husband and I recently purchased a property in Melbourne and as we live in the NT, were unfamiliar with the local legislation. I contacted Raylene and she organised everything. She always responded to my phone calls and emails within a few hours and gave very sound advice. I quickly became confident Raylene was looking after our interests. We needed several changes made to the contract and were able to negotiate these easily, due to Raylene's advice. I would recommend Raylene to anybody who is needing a very competant Conveyancor.

    I have recently just completed the purchase of an apartment in the local area. To say that it was a nightmare at every step was an understatement. The only thing that went right during the entire process was the sterling service provided by Raylene, at Confident Conveyancing. As far as I'm concerned, there's never been a more appropriately named business. Raylene was 100 % on the ball throughout the entire torrid process, and it is only due to her professionalism, corporate knowledge, and eye for detail that the sale was able to be finalised in a timely manner.     After reading all the positive comments on-line about others who had used Confident Conveyancing, I certainly was not disappointed. Raylene was very professional and handled the whole conveyancing process with great expertise in all respects. I had a 30 day settlement and at all stages throughout the process, she clearly communicated the next steps, and followed up on issues with the Vendor's Solicitor when this was required.     I highly recommend Raylene for any contract work whenever purchasing property in Victoria. In my situation, if Raylene wasn't able to review the contact in such a quick turn around I wouldn't of been able to purchase this property so quickly. Once the review was completed, Raylene was very switched on and was able to highlight an issue which saved me $2,000 at settlement.     I can thoroughly recommend Raylene's services. It was not easy to purchase land over the christmas period and added to this was ongoing difficulties in dealing with other institutions involved in the purchase. Raylene not only demonstrated her professionalism and expertise but an unbelievable flexibility in communication and responsiveness so that the deadline was met. I believe this is a neccessity in today's world as many busy people do not have time or are unable to make office appointments Rayle definatley caters to this market and I would definatly recommend her to anyone and especially to those who are time poor.

    Raylene, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her experience in the banking industry certainly helped when I had a problem with a late loan approval and an unexpected caveat. Raylene went beyond her normal role to help resolve these problems and allow the property to settle as quickly as possible. Through this process she dealt with the vendor in such a way as they chose not to charge penalty interest on the delay - saving me more money than her modest fee :-)
