    For range of books this bookshop is good. BUT customer service I received was appalling. I only vaguely knew the name of the children's book I was looking for, I had a couple of words in the title, and she just looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Then she told me that she looked it up & couldn't find anything, which is a flat out lie. Later I went on their website & entered the couple of words I had in the title & it immediately gave me the book. So, not only did she give me attitude & was unhelpful , but she also lied about looking for it. I will not return to this bookstore again. There is one in Cammeray square that is much smaller but provides friendlier & better service; OR I'd happily cross the bridge to Gleebooks.

    Good range of books in stock, often have some nice design titles. Service excellent, though the management manner can be a bit officious/formal? No matter, though, highly recommended.

    I love this bookshop. The staff are friendly, resourceful and helpful without being too in your face. They have a great range of books, in my opinion, and they are happy to try and order books in for you too. The children's section is kept tidy and is one of the best I have come across.

    if you can't find a book this is the place to look. They have a fabulous range. Prices are okay and they have a lot of interesting books that you don't see often.

    I could spend hours in this place. Brilliant range of specialist books and good kids section. Great for gifts as well
