Established in 1992 we have grown to 140 staff over 12 sites throughout Victoria and Queensland. 

Our onsite staff includes fully qualified Chefs, Kitchen Hands and Table Service Personnel supported by our Trainers, Operational Managers and Administrators. 

We are fully compliant with all Australian Food Safety Laws and a Member of the Restaurant and Catering Victoria - Restaurant and Catering Queensland, Aged Care Association, AIM and Institute of Hospitality in Health Care.
