At Contours Jannali we run Special 6 Week Challenges, Zumba, Boxing, Pilates Classes, Bootcamp & many more speciality classes!
We have recently extended our hours to open at 6am on monday-friday and 6.30am Saturday for the early morning workouts!

As busy woman, we dont have time to waste. Thats why Contours offer a unique 29-minute workout that helps real women get real results, 

It's a fun,fast,easy workout that works the whole body with Pin Loaded machines to work every muscle NOT JUST ONE like our competition who uses cheap hydrolic machine that only use one muscle and do not help you acheive the results you want.
