    I have been to a few gyms in my time and nothing compares to Contours, the girls there are committed to helping you achieve your goals. From supportive chats, words of encouragement. To calls to make sure all is OK if you haven't been awhile from your last work out. Its like no other gym, its like family. I haven't been for awhile now as i feel pregnant and was very sick. Am hanging to go back as soon as hubby's work hours are more stable. I still receive regular calls from the girls and birthday cards in the mail. I love that they haven't forgotten me. I'm sure the girls at their other studio Endeavour hill are just as wonderful as the Narre girls. Ow and the main point was i achieved results, amazing results while building great friendships.
