    I STRONGLY recomend against using Conveyancing Works

    My recent settlement using Conveyancing Works was nothnig but drama after drama and screw up after screw up

    When concerns or complaints were raised they ignored them &/or couldnt have cared less.

    In short, the final response (to paraphrase) was... Too bad, it settled in the end so be happy with that!

    Use their 'low price guarantee' to give the impression that they are cheap. I have used conveyancing works x3 times before and last time I was shocked to find how much I could save by going with another company (try river city). In the end I got conveyancing works to complete the job but they had to slash there price by a few hundred dollars. service was poor this time around and I am still chasing them to collect the rates component from the vendor. Overall, not happy and should have used River City in the first place.

    I've used Conveyancing Works twice over last 5 years and their service was even better this time than last. They have a really a modern approach to what can be soooo stressful and time consuming, receiving info by email and sms is brilliant. I would definitely use them again recommend them in the future.

    I used Conveyancing Works when buying my home recently and can only say great things about them. They treated me like I was the only client they were dealing with, they were knowledgable and when unexpected things came up, they knew exactly what had to be done to make sure my house settled on time - which it did! They kept me informed every step of the way and I haven't had this kind of service from previous dealings with legal firms. Keep up the great work CW!!

    We've used Conveyancing Works 3 times now after our real estate guy gave them a wrap. We've been delighted with their service, Natalie was fantastic and we really liked being kept up to date by text as we're both working full time. It was just easy!

    We had high expectations of our solicitors as first home buyers but the results were less than satisfactory. We always had to call to receive updates and never really knew what the process was and what was going on. The price might be right but the service for us definitely wasn't.

    We used Conveyancing Works Solicitors for the purchase of our first home. Whilst their original quoted price is quite reasonable, they tacked on expenses that we were not told about. The lack of communication was also astounding. We got an email, not a phone call on the day of settlement.
