Coopers Brewery is now the nation's only major 100% Australian-owned brewery.

Established in 1862 by Thomas Cooper, the Company is now run by fifth generation descendants, Dr Tim Cooper, the Managing Director and Chief Brewer, and Glenn Cooper, the Chairman and Marketing Director.

Coopers moved to its present state-of-the-art brewery at Regency Park in Adelaide in 2001. It now accounts for approximately 3.6% of the national beer market, and is renowned for its unique premium quality ales, particularly Coopers Pale Ale and Coopers Sparkling Ale.

Coopers is also the world's largest producer of beer kits.
