The first session will help you identify the challenges you are facing and devise strategies to deal with them effectively.

The two weeks in between sessions will give you the opportunity to apply these strategies .

In the second session we will discuss your experiences and any questions that may arise, and how we can take this further.
                                  
Donald Marmara has over 30 years international  experience of working with adults and children in various settings, including counselling and mentoring adults and high school students, and working in after school care centres with primary school children. 

He has also presented at  National and International Conferences in Australia and Europe.

Donald is also available for individual & couples sessions & in-house workshops.
