Absolutely disgusting wait staff who clearly take absolutely no pride in their job or their appearance.

Our waitress slammed our meals and coffees down on our table, but not before being unable to even tell us what each meal was.

Over heard a comment by another waitress regarding the lack of tips she was receiving.

It's completely amazing to me that this place manages to survive while treating its customers with such atrocious service and complete disrespect.

Don't even bother!!

Terrible service. Waited at least 10 mins before being served, then a further 45 mins waiting for food. Walked out without eating a thing. Wait staff didn't seem to be phased by the fact that we had been waiting for so long.

Never experienced such terrible service. Didn't even get a sorry for having waited for so long.

Definitely won't be going back and will not be recommending Corelli's to anyone.

interesting menu but the decor is a little depressing for my liking. seems unclean and the staff can be very slow to serve you.

Great location and the place has a lot of character, but it was let down by poor service. Also, the pancakes for desert were poor quality - the menu talked it up as a mouth-watering indulgence but it seemed they had just bought some cheap pancake mix from the local supermarket and quickly whacked it together with some cheap chocolate topping.

A classical grunge-cafe in Newtown. Variable quality coffee but fairly good food. Serving sizes are generous and of a good quality.
