    Despite the price bit, the service and care from staff were that I didnt find out in those big huge chemist! Chemist stands for quality of goods and medical service not like those bargain supermarket..

    It's true that the staff might be able to smile a bit more, but I've visited here several times & found them friendly enough, they're not cheap but they are open late and do provide a helpful service.

    I have had to go to this chemist twice in the past week, once for myself and once for my 10mth old daughter. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and one older lady in particular to be an encyclopedia of knowledge!.
    The fact that they are opened late at night is a real plus with a little one as I can relax knowing if I need anything in an emergency that it will most probably be there.
    Not sure if they have changed hands of late as the other reviews seem to be quite the opposite to my experience.
    The cost of products is a little on the higher side but I would rather pay the more expensive price at 9pm at night than go without whatever I needed until the next day just to save a couple of dollars.

    You know I just read this review the other day and was mentally agreeing with it & thinking how I would only ever go into this chemist again in the case of an absolute emergency or necessity!!!...Why didn't I listen to myself...

    Had to unfortunately stop at this chemist today as it was my last resort on a cold, rainy afternoon on the way home from school, you know the one's where you just want to get home...

    Anyway, I found the service no better than my first experience...the staff is extremely surly, you know a gentle smile when serving customers wouldn't go astray, no instead staff chose to lecture me about a product I have been using periodically for over 9 years & then proceeded to call the other staff & have them continue the lecture...

    I understand that they must follow procedure when it comes to dispensing certain medication, especially where children are involved, however, I do not appreciate the tone or manner with which I was spoken to...

    Having answered their questions about why I was purchasing the medication, they should have left it at that but no they kept going on & on & the staff was no better, they both embaressed and belittled me in front of other customers, a situation NO-ONE should ever be put in.

    I should have walked out then & there & told them to shove their business...
    Needless to say I will never ever set foot in this chemist ever again...even in an emergency!!!

      Yes Chia, I hear you, I too have come across this surly, happy jack staff myself. Won't be getting my business again, purely because of the lack of enthusiasm. Perhaps someone else would like the job seeing as though the staff obviously doesn't.

    Although handy to have on a main road and easily accessible I do always feel like I could have got a better product for a cheaper price else where. The service is usually surly and the product range slim - good for convenience
