Corstruction

Inner West based "hands on" builder/ carpenter of 25 years experience in all aspects of residential alterations/ additions and new housing for both individual clients and architects. Projects by Garry Corstorphan (bld lic 41391) T/as "Corstruction" are undertaken on an individual basis with constant personal on site supervision through to completion; to ensure a superior quality end result completed in a minimum time frame. As a result most projects are almost exclusively sourced by client recommendation and referral. (References and project photos are available upon request).
Corstruction also has extensive experience in repairs and restoration to heritage/ period residences; in particular Federation houses and Victorian style terraces.
Corstruction only engages subcontractors whose services have been retained often over many years; and as such are professional, reliable and assist in maintaining the high standards of service and finishes required.
Other areas of work include:
- arranging architectural and engineering design and drafting.
- assist/project management including owner builders.
- general remedial building work and       inspections
- kitchen and bathroom renovations
- all carpentry, fitouts, flooring, decks, and other minor works.
