We offer a wide variety of services at Counselling and Life Skills. We have Psychologists, Counsellors, a Naturopath, a Massage therapist, an Acupuncturists and Chinese herbalist.

We also run a Life Skills Seminar once a month which goes for 4 days. If you are stuck in a rut and don't know how to get out of it then maybe the seminar is for you! we offer a FREE 30 minute consult to tell you more about the seminar and if it is right for you.
