    This company doesn't even know how to answer their phone and the so central booking office couldn't help me because they couldn't get the Wodonga office to answer the phone either. I was due to be collected at 12.30 from the station and at 12noon I still hadn't heard from them. I gave up in the end and organized a family friend to collect me instead. I would never use the company in the future and would tell everyone to give them a miss.

    This was the worst organized company I have ever dealt with......I tried to get through to the Wodonga office to confirm a booking.....after trying for 1 hour I rang the mobile number and was told to ring a number in Willoughby.....I was put on hold for ten minutes and then another staff started to take my booking.....I was put on hold again for ten minutes and then told that they couldn't help me because they couldn't get through to the Wodonga office on the telephone either. By this time my husband was almost due to be met at the station with the car and we still had no confirmation that this was going to happen or that a car was available at all. I was promised a return call ASAP, but this didn't eventuate either. Absolutely DISGUSTING service and I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
