    Absolutely appalling service. extremely slow, took way longer than quoted, didn't even come close to delivering on their promises, bad management, clients are an inconvenience, they don't inform clients as to house progress, probably because 'progress' is so rare - you need to call them to find out what's happening - even then, they don't know what's going on most of the time and you are made to feel like you are bothering them. Sent from pillar to post trying to make kitchen & bathroom choices - they sent me to make my choices & I visited the the showrooms several times attempting to make choices only to be sent away as no budget had been allocated to our project. I was told I would be notified when it was time to make choices. The first 'notification' I received was a rude phone call asking why I hadn't made choices? As a result they added extra weeks onto the length of the project and hasty choices were made. House contract was signed and building did not commence until 14 months (yes...you heard me - over a year) later, and it wasn't council that held it up. Numerous things went wrong. This company does not accept blame. When they mess up, the client wears the cost. Project took way longer than quoted, and it was problem after problem dealing with the staff at this company. This company caused a lot of stress, wasted years and cost financially big time fixing their mistakes. I've only touched on some of the negatives I experienced with this company. Still finding mistakes and paying for them. I don't even bother calling them anymore, as I end up in tears every time and same result = no action. Severe lack of communication within the company, so it's no surprise that they don't communicate with their clients. I would frequently be told 3 different stories, by 3 different employees, only after I called them of course. Completely unprofessional. I missed out on any joy I hoped to experience in building my house. I am so utterly let down. Too many bad feelings associated with this house. I hate it and wish I never ever walked through their gates. If I can save one poor soul from going through what I did, I will be happy. They may look alright on the surface, but scratch a little deeper and you will find a highly unethical, poorly managed excuse for a building company.
