We are a firm that practices primarily in criminal law, family law, de facto law and child protection law (involving the Department of Communities - Child Safety Services).
We have two offices one in Logan Central and one in Beenleigh.
We are a private firm that accepts privately funded and legal aid matters as we believe that everyone should have access to justice regardless of their financial situation. We can apply for legal aid on your behalf.
Gary was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and established the firm in 1995. Since that time he has gained extensive experience in family law, de facto law and child protection law as a result of practising exclusively in these areas of law since 1992. Gary is an Independent Child Lawyer in the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court and a Separate Representative in the Children's Court in Queensland. This means that he represents the children in these courts.
Gary has developed a reputation as a thorough and meticulous lawyer by paying attention to detail.
We also practice in the area of wills and estate administration acting for executors of estates and people who wish to make a claim against an estate.  Carol Bowie is our conveyancer and she can assist with the purchasing of a new home or the sale of your existing one.  Leasing and sale of Businesses are also matters that we can provide you with legal advice to help you with making the right decisions.
