    2 service calls in one week on a 5 month old washing machine i.e. still under warranty. On both occasions i was told it had been fixed. It was not properly checked before the service person left on both occasions. Machine is still not working.

    I rang up to book someone to come out and look at my dryer. I was told that if the dryer was on the wall it had to be put on the floor.

    I said that my husband, since moving into the house, has now become disabled and we cannot lift the dryer down.

    I was essentially told to bad - they were more concerned about their liability then assisting customers with disabilities. There is one word for that - DISGUSTING!

    I would STRONGLY advise not dealing with them at all!

    Rang up for a simple part on dishwasher, took two weeks to get back to me. Sent the wrong parts to start with even though I sent through a photograph of what I needed and confirmed with them before they sent that it was the same as the photo.

    Then when I complained they said they couldn't locate the part on their system so said they couldn't help me even though they are the service provider for that make of dishwasher.

    Until I got upset with them they made an effort to find out the part I was looking for on that same day.

    Very slow, poor communication and horrible customer service.

    Only get half a star because they finally found the right part (well getting it tonight so it may still be wrong)

    Do not deal with these people unless you have to.
