Had lunch with 3 ladies on 12.5.2011. We never received what we ordered - advertised items were missing from the dish. We ordered a Med Salad. Beetroot, pumpkin, beans and fetta were missing. When we politely told the staff we were forced to wait 10 minutes or more before the management came along with a small dish of fetta cheese only.
As they banged the dish on the table they told us, AS THEY WERE WALKING AWAY that we received exactly what we ordered and insisted that nothing was missing. They were rude and uncouth - we definitely would never go there again and will be warning all our friends. One of the ladies was a local who lives in Macquarie Street. We were shocked. The treatment we received was unbelievable and completely uncalled for.
The service was extraordinarily bad and the food was not value for money. We were then forced to wait 10 minutes or more before we received the change from our cash payment. An extra $4 appeared in the change.
Women at a table just down from us returned their pasta dish. We of course are unaware of the circumstances surrounding that.
