Quality of work very poor. Bad customer skills. Don't waste your time with this company.

  I find it extremely disappointing to find a comment like this posted to damage the outstanding reputation of this company. I do know who posted this anonymous message, as it is the only customer of Craftbuit's which would be disgruntled at this time. Most of our customers rate us 9 out of 10 or higher on a survey form that is completed at the end of their project.
  This customer is most certainly in their right to be disgruntled as we have made an error on the installation of their cabinets. We are however, addressing these issues to ensure this client is left with an outstanding Craftbuilt Kitchen. We go above and beyond to get things right the first time. I would love to say we are perfect however, unfortunately I can only say that perfection is our aim.
  The ethics of a company can't be judged on what they do wrong rather by their effort and willingness to correct what went wrong. I hope the clients choose to retract their message on completion of the project shortly.

  I believe the purpose of sites such as this is to allow people to share their views, if a company doesn't want feedback they shouldn't put themselves up for review. In regards to customer survey's, people who are dissapointed don't always fill them in.

Justine and her staff were very helpful in helping me choose a Kitchen for my mum and dad. My Mum is a avid cook using every part of her old kitchen, but it really needed a revamp. Justine's staff not only helped my mum and dad to choose a functional and use able kitchen but they were also able to custom build the right design. If you have ever renovated or replaced your existing Kitchen you will appreciate Craftbuilt's work. They take all the hard work out of it.
