    NEW CUSTOMER REVIEW Made an appointment at Cranium last week to have base, cut and blow dry. Received text to confirm appointment, called and CONFIRMED. Arrived this morning at schedule time, only to be told " I cancelled my appointment " in no uncertain terms by the management. Advised them I didn't, then they realized that there were 2 people with my name, The management then let me know they could "FIT ME IN LATER" to which I responded ,I have event, I need my hair done now. I Was GIVEN to another staff, base done, was left there for 35 min while the staff did the other client's hair!!!! Decided to go, had base rinsed and left.. Saw the management come in NO CONTACT. Get home and base didn't take to all my hair, .NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE/PRODUCT BAD, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BAD. CLEARLY ALL LEVELS OF SERVICE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROFESSIONALLY NEGATIVE ALL-ROUND

    For as long as I can remember, I had been visiting Cranium any time I was in Australia from the UK - and since moving to Sydney 10 months ago, it has become my "one-stop shop". I can have a girly gossip, have a glass of champagne, nibble a Tim Tam, stock up on my hair products and even get some ad-hoc fashion tips from the girls - all the while getting primped and pampered and then walking out the door with a great "do". Now that I can visit on a regular basis, my hair has never looked better. The crew at Cranium really look after you, they are super friendly with Zero attitude, very efficient and never keep you waiting. Go on and give them a try - you'll be hooked too!

    The extremely high standard of our services and facilities places us in a leading position compared to other salons. We provide extended operating hours this makes us one of the most convenient hairdressing salon on the Northern Beaches. Our location provides fantastic convenience as we are opposite the taxi rank, bus terminus, Manly Wharf and The Corso. There is a parking station below for ease of access. We are located near to banks, cafes and Coles supermarket.
    Apart from professional hair care by qualified, experienced and talented hairdressers, in terms of services we have amazing shiatsu massaging basin chairs, cappuccino machine and offer complimentary champagne, red wine, beer and snacks. We book your next appointment as you leave and remind you via an automated SMS system or telephone prior to your next salon visit.

    When coming from Holland to start a new life in Sydney I was nervous to let a stranger take care of my hair, since back in Europe the same awesome hairdresser has been taking care of that for 10 years. Cranium was recommended by a collegue and the girls at Cranium hair did an excellent job and for as long as I live in Sydney nobody else will touch my hair!!!

    WOW - while Cranium has been around since 1997 this newly refurbished salon is out of this world! September 2008 - when Cranium really threw down the gauntlet. A New York luxe fitout combined with awesome service! You've got to go...
