Such a bad experience I don't even know where to begin. Worst customer service. Have been sold unsuitable products twice now with no refund, and no support. Lousy coverage. Never again. The only thing they have going for them is cost.
Why is there no on-line support with CJ's? I'm a broadband pre-paid customer - haven't been able to see "my account" details for weeks - if I phone a 13 number on my mobile I get charged heaps! This is wrong
In Aug I received AWFUL service at Parramatta Westfields. I didn't end up buying anything, so they lost that sale plus the other associated items I was thinking about purchasing. I wrote a letter to Crazy John's head office which was NEVER answered and then I sent another letter to a different address in Dec . Again, no reply.
They have awesome cheap deals. I have a great credit rating however they declined me. I have looked further into the issue but they simply just beat around the bush. However, I did apply online and when I phoned I could barely understand the staff. I have hung up and called again and received yet another staff who I don't understand.
I recently purchased an ebook from Google books with my Crazy Johns smart phone. To find out how to do this, I started by buying a book which cost $1.99. then when I checked my bank account I found that Crazy Johns had charged me $10.00 to put this book on my mobile phone. I will not be doing that again in a hurry. Villager
Its hard to complain about the service when you ar'nt getting any!! I have been waiting since the 9th of June for my phone, first it was lost, then delivered to the wrong address and now between mis-information and misunderstanding with the overseas call centre. I am still waiting for my phone to be connected, the latest is maybe by lunchtime today and that is only because I jumped up and down when they told me it would take at least another 2 days.... Are You FOR REAL.... When I called the Australian land line number and asked to talk to someone in Australia, I was told that ' if I have a problem talking to someone from overseas' that is my problem ...inferance in that is what? ....I just wanted to talk to someone in Aus because I cant get anywhere dealing with the 'call centre.'
