    WHATEVER you do, don't look behind you. Cream Tangerine, which opened in late October, takes up the front balcony of the adjective-defying Swiss Grand Hotel.

    Is it a building or is it a cake? Cream Tangerine was set up by the same team of people who are behind the Rum Diaries bar and restaurant, also in Bondi - reported to be desperately cool. WE DRANK a deliciously daggy pina colada for two, served in tiki mugs. The alternative was to have it served on fire, yes, on fire, in a volcano bowl (a ceramic dish modelled crudely on a volcano, a fire at its centre (pictured). Then we had two far-less-memorable cocktails . . . a martini, I think, and a margarita.
