    Cristian is a great trainer and has kept me in shape with fun but slightly punishing workouts!! It's exactly what I need though. Love that he comes to my local park to train me too. He has many years of experience and knows how to tailor my workout to my fitness level and goals.

    I have been training with Cristian for 2 years and in that time I have gained a greater understanding about diet and exercise. His workouts are always fun, tough and never the same. I would highly recommend Cristian to anyone of any fitness level who wants tochange for fitter!
