Previous guest must have puked in the room that we were assigned to as evident by a massive stain and revolting foul smell. Tried to change rooms but reception refused saying that they were fully booked. We were there for 5 nights. Taps were dripping, airconditioner was noisy, limited TV signal in the room. I had to buy air refresher from IGA supermarket just to mask the odour. Most staff are unfriendly and have a poor command of English. Hotel decor was ancient. Maybe $80 p.n. NOT $125.

Buffet breakfast was delicious though (not included)

Nothin special here but will appeal to some. Is a bar that is downstairs off Hay St and some people would just walk past without knowing it was there. No live entertainment but appeals to the person wanting a quiet location for a drink after a hard days work.
