All our classes are conducted in a group environment. Unlike traditional gyms where you will be given a program and left on your own to repeat the same thing over and over again and somehow come up with your own results, we will give you instruction on correct movement every class and give you the best possible chance to go above and beyond your fitness goals. We do conduct technical movements and we will make sure you have the basics before you progress on to the advanced movements.
Intensity is the key to our training. We always train at the maximum intensity that each person can safely achieve. In saying this all of our workouts are scalable to each individual and their current fitness level. We will scale your workouts by load, reps, distance or time. The end goal for us is to make sure you walk out better than when you walked in each and every time you train. There is no doubt the training is hard, but it is amazing how quick you will progress if you are willing to put in the work. If you turn up ready to train and push hard you will be in the best shape of your life in no time.
