    Love love love this hotel, I stayed at the Metropol as well, but prefer The Crown Towers. Customer service was so nice (at the reception and front main entry), we even got an upgrade which made our weekend away even nicer. Rooms are modern and clean with gorgeous views.

    If you've got some spare change to splurge on yourself I recommend you stay here. When I stayed in 2004, the room was OK or nice: executive-looking not that spacious but the bathroom was WOW! To me as a female, it was heaven. Huge. Marble, "gold" two toilets, double sink, double shower, flat screen tv at foot of spa bath. Prompt and friendly service. I still drool thinking about that luxurious 2 night stay.

    I would highly recommend staying in the Crown Towers. it's a very nice hotel and the casino is just a skip and a jump away. the rooms have fantastic spectacular views of the city. it also has movie cinemas, nightclubs, bars, shopping, indoor entertainment and great eating places.

    I would highly recommend staying in the Crown Towers. All rooms are a great size and very clean and they have spectacular views to the city or Port Phillip Bay. The hotel is located close to the city. The best part is the hotel is located above the Crown Casio which, is has its own entertainment complex with a movie cinemas, nightclubs, bars, shopping, indoor entertainment theme park.

    If you want to be spoiled, this is the place to go, especially if you stay in the deluxe suites. The rooms are gorgeous and the views are beautiful. Staff are always friendly and helpful
